This 'unbelievable' reason will help you and many people work harder to eat vegetables

This is the first long-term study of the relationship between the amount of vegetables consumed and the likelihood of smoking , conducted by master Jeffrey P. Haibach, Dr. Gregory G. Homish, Dr. Gary A. Giovino of Buffalo University. They conducted a survey of over 1,000 people aged 25 and over.
They are all smokers, and they have to spend a long period of 14 months eating a lot of vegetables and fruits divided by level of decline.
As a result, the group that consumed the largest amount of vegetables had a longer time to stop smoking than those who ate less. Specifically, the total number of days of cessation is at least 30 days in 14 months.
At the same time the amount of cigarettes they smoke a day is also less, the time they endure to have the first cigarette of a day is also much longer. These are all good signs, suggesting that smokers can gradually resist temptation from their bad habits by eating vegetables.

"Perhaps we have discovered a new tool to help people quit smoking. This is just an observational-based study, but it has made it much more convenient to establish a diet for people who want to quit. Haibach said.
" The craving for cravings and cravings are closely related to each other and often cause confusion. Food cravings can be" misunderstood "into drug cravings and vice versa. Eat a diet rich in vegetables and fiber, you will feel fuller and thereby avoid this confusion. "
In addition, according to Dr. McClernon - manager of the Neuroscience Laboratory at Duke University, fruits and vegetables also work to make the medicine less attractive.
