Won the absolute victory before DT03 (Hanoi Industrial University) in the final, BKDC (Da Nang Polytechnic University) won the Vietnam Robots Innovation Contest (Robocon) 2007 tonight (10- 6) at Quan Ngua Sports Palace (Hanoi).
Won the absolute victory before DT03 (Hanoi Industrial University) in the final, BKDC (Da Nang Polytechnic University) won the Vietnam Robots Innovation Contest (Robocon) 2007 tonight (10- 6) at Quan Ngua Sports Palace (Hanoi).
Coming into the quarterfinals this year, there are representatives of Hanoi Polytechnic Universities (BK BAMBOO), Da Nang (BKDC), Ho Chi Minh City (BK DRAGON, BK TECH), Hanoi Industrial University (DT03) and Study Military engineering institute (MTA-SUNPAC, FAM, HV2I).
Exciting and thrilling
The first match of the round match took place between FAM (Military Technical Academy) and BKDC (Da Nang Polytechnic University). BKDC's breaker robot rushes into the penalty area of FAM but they still lead points thanks to the jewel. The final result, representatives of the central region won the right to enter the round by winning the Victory Islands. The score is 5-35. The team has so far not applied a containment strategy - and BK BAMBOO (Hanoi University of Technology) entered the second quarter-final . Immediately after the opening whistle, the BK BAMBOO's robot blocker plunged into stopping the opponent's robot, while two robots detected the way to bring the jewel to the area automatically.
Talking with Online Youth before starting the quarter-finals and final matches, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Hoai Quoc, Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology, Jury member said: 'This year The technical level of the teams is equal, the difference between the teams is not significant. Especially two teams of the Military Technical Academy have applied image processing techniques, but that is not the ultimate weapon. The problem lies in tactics. I appreciate the teams of the Military Technical Academy: stable and tactical techniques. However, as mentioned, due to the relatively equal level of teams, it is difficult to identify before the champion '.
BKTECH (Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology) -
The stand is almost bursting with screams 'BAMBOO' when the representative of Hanoi University of Technology wins the Victory Islands.'Great BAMBOO', said an audience member in the Quan Ngua Sports Palace stands.
The third match between BK DRAGON (Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology) and DT03 (Hanoi Industrial University) took place slowly and cautiously, so it was hard to hope to win Victory Islands. Although it proved to be highly tactical, in the end, BK DRAGON let the ticket slip into the final round with rival results 7-8. Thus, the semifinals and finals this year will be absent representatives from Ho Chi Minh City, where Robocon is rich.
The final match of the quarterfinals is the competition between the MTA-SUNPAC and HV2I from the Military Technical Academy. Like the third quarter-final match, this match has a rather slow rhythm with the winning team MTA SUNPAC (score 14-9).
Speaking after 4 quarter-final matches, commentator The Phong commented: 'We have just been watching highly professional matches, up to 2 absolute victories…. In my opinion, the matches in the next rounds will be more surprising. '

The first semi-final between BKDC and BK BAMBOO was quite " hot " because it was a match between two teams from two polytechnic schools, and " hot " from the determination of both teachers, members and fans. team. BKDC results with 10 points won against BK BAMBOO (7 points). This is the first time Da Nang Polytechnic University was present at the Vietnam Robocon final and also the first time Hanoi University of Technology was absent from the final.
Inthe second semi-final between DT03 and MTA-SUNPAC, DT03 entered the match quite comfortably because they were not under pressure because they were the first team of Hanoi Industrial University to enter the Robocon final round. DT03 is approaching an absolute victory . However, because of being blocked, DT03's robot cannot put pearls on the remaining island. Although DT03 also won with a score of 13 compared to 4 points of the opponent. The final is about to start between BKDC and DT03 . Who belongs to victory?
Finals fast and beautiful!
So far no one has dared to answer for sure . As commented by Luu Anh Tien, captain of BKPRO (Ho Chi Minh City Polytechnic University), the 2006 Asian-Pacific Robocon champion team, ' difficult to recognize champion form '. According to Tien, the Robocon 2007 exam is quite good, more technical; Players can apply more learned knowledge.
The finals started . Entering the field, the two teams left the robot to stop, making the audience remember the 2005 final between FXR (Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology) and the BHTS1 team (Hanoi University of Technology) - The game offers the audience beautiful performances. BKDC prevailed and quickly won the absolute victory. A final match is so fast and so beautiful! So today, BKDC has won the Victory Islands twice.
BKDC and DT03 will represent Vietnam to attend the 2007 Asia-Pacific Robot Innovation Contest held in Vietnam in August 2007.
