New brush or not?

According to the American Society for Oral Health, you should replace the new toothbrush. It is best to replace the toothbrush before the bristles get frayed or flared out on either side.

Once you have used it for a while, not only the majority of the brushes will reduce the effectiveness but they also become a large source of infectious diseases such as gingivitis.

In general, we should replace toothbrushes after 3 to 4 months of use. For people who are ill, use a new toothbrush as soon as the disease is discovered and replace another brush as soon as the disease is relieved and normal.
