Shallow folliculitis caused by the most common staphylococcus aureus in the scalp or limbs. The disease is common in young children and people applying prolonged corticosteroids. The basic lesion is a pyramidal pimple, about the size of a pin, in the middle there is a yellow dot, surrounded by a red halo. Pustules develop in waves, after 7-10 days without scarring. Sometimes persistent disease becomes chronic. Patients often have a burning sensation.

Deep folliculitis

The infection spreads deep into the hair follicles, so the lesions are larger and float higher than shallow folliculitis. The patient found pain in lesions, pus lesions, but pustules did not break but collapsed scab and scaly scales left concave scars due to lesions of the dermis.

Boil

The phenomenon of acute deep folliculitis, necrosis caused by staphylococcus aureus. The lesion spreads all over the skin covering the hair follicles, necrosis is organized and turns into yellow-green pus, when the stinger leaves the last deep ulcer from the scar.

The disease is more common in young people, men suffer more than women. There may be a boil or many boils standing in groups or scattered. Common location is on the face, neck, hands, and tissue.

Descendant

An inflammation of the adjacent hairs caused by staphylococcus aureus, inflammatory lesions spread to both connective tissue and lower fat tissue. The disease is common in people with diabetes, malnutrition, heart failure, injections.

The initial lesion is a rash of inflamed, raised, smooth and solid skin, pressing pain. After a few days, lesions get bigger and reach about 10cm in diameter. After about 7-10 days, lesions gradually soften and purify pus, pus escaping through the mouth of hair follicles. Sometimes a bunch of necrotic lesions form a deep ulcer, the bottom has a lot of pus.

Patients with pain, high fever, full body fatigue, loss of appetite.

Beard nails

The phenomenon of boils appears in the face area. Because the anatomical structure is the veins in the face that enter the venous sinuses in the skull, the bacteria can follow the blood stream to infect the venous sinuses. The patient may have coma and death.

Sycosis

The phenomenon of purulent inflammation of all subacute or chronic hair follicles caused by bacteria. The most common cause of disease is golden staphylococcus, combined with the patient's basic factors. Persistent recurrence in areas of dense hair, head area, eyebrows, chin edges, genitals.

Manifestations of pustules develop progressively, often in men. Lesions with eczema-like patches, concentrated acne, sagging, watery or scaly skin covering, pruning pustular scales in the middle. Deeper pustules form many small, high-floating, well-defined tumors, pressing on pus, enlarged pores.

How to treat it effectively?

Principle: Enhance body hygiene, keep skin dry in the summer, in the diet to reduce powder, sugar, strengthen vitamin B group. Dermatology.

- Shallow folliculitis: lesion spots with antiseptic solution in alcohol solvent: iodine alcohol 2 - 3%.

- Deep hair capsules: use antiseptic solutions to avoid widespread damage in combination with oral antibiotics.

- Boils and hooves: using local and systemic antibiotics, when there is an incision, remove the stinger.

- Beard nails : combination treatment of injectable antibiotics.

- Sycosis : antibiotic treatment combined with local changes by Histaglobin, staphylococcal vaccine.
