Although it has been confirmed by scientists as columns, the kind of water they make from cow dung is very safe, but few dare to drink without thinking of its "flavor" .
A team of scientists from Michigan, USA has published the results of a study on the method of extracting clean water from cow dung . Even this water is more nutritious than regular water.
This water filtration system can produce about 190 liters of water from 380 liters of manure material.
"If 1,000 cows supply dung every day, we can get 37.8 million liters of water every year," said Steve Saferman, professor of agricultural and biological engineering.
About 90% of the manure is water, and still contains a large amount of nutrients, carbon and pathogens that can adversely affect the environment if not treated.
