Google engineers never rest!

Indeed as we can see very clearly through the news continuously throughout the past, new features have been appearing a lot at various pages of Google. Indeed, Google's experts never rest.

In addition to launching Google Desktop 5 Beta this week, the company added a new capability to the Google Local business listings feature to upload business photos to Google Maps.

They also integrated a Community Search search feature into Picasa online photo service, increasing storage capacity up to 1GB and simplifying linking to photos or albums.

Google Finance is improved by adding videos, expanded graphing capabilities for market data on charts, category classification options.

More companies are also checking to add features to search for keyword search users using text ads. Such data is highly valuable, for example when searching for the phrase 'free' or 'expensive' will be better searched for buyers.

As for Yahoo, their engineers are also quite busy. This week, they released the Yahoo Answers Network product.

Next is Microsoft, their software engineers spend a lot of time on Live Search.This week, they introduced two new enhancements in Live Search that Windows Vista needs.
