How does an induction cooker work?

Induction cookers use induction heating (IH) technology, combined with pots and pans made of suitable materials, to cook quickly and effectively.

Induction cookers are also known as electric cookers, this is a cooking device that uses electricity. More specifically, when connecting electricity and starting, electric current will flow through the copper coil placed under the stove glass and create a magnetic field within a few millimeters on the stove surface. Thanks to that, the pot has a magnetic base that cooks food on the stove.

The top highlight of induction cookers is their friendly design and quick cooking ability, 3-4 times faster than regular cookers. Therefore, users can safely use the stove every day without worrying about being interrupted because of running out of gas.
