Squeeze your fingertips

Stretching butt muscles
Lie face down on the floor in a comfortable position, keeping both arms straight at the sides. Keep the left leg straight and slowly raise the right leg, keeping this position for 30 seconds.
If you do this successfully, then your body is healthy. However, if the pain is checked, you may have a problem with gluteus maximus (one of the strongest muscles in the body).
Hold your legs up for 30 seconds
Lay down, facing face down parallel to the floor. Keep your arms straight, slowly lifting both of your legs, while your body remains the same. Hold this position for 30-35 seconds.
If you can do these things without twitching your legs or moving them, your body is still healthy. On the other hand, if you find this task really difficult then something might be wrong with your stomach or spine.
Lift upper body
Lie on your back comfortably with your stomach face down on the floor, lifting only the upper body, including your hands up slightly. Hold this position for 30-35 seconds.
If you pass this test without difficulty, your body is still healthy. If you fail then you are probably having problems with your spine.
