If you're not ready to open your wallet, you may want to try KeePass. This is a free open source software that has many functions similar to RoboForm.

After installation, the program's interactive interface will appear. Open File, select New Database to create a new database file to store all passwords. The Create a new password database dialog box - the Enter master key will appear to initialize the 'master key' for this database file. Please enter the desired password in the Enter Password box or use a password-protected disk in the Select password disk drive where the key will be stored and press the OK button to continue. You can then use the options in Password Generation Options to create the password you want.
