Microsoft recently said it considers the IE7 upgrade a very important plan. IE7 is expected to be distributed via an automatic update mechanism - " Automatic Updates ", but the company also issued tools to prevent users from being forced to upgrade to the new version of IE.

The latest version of IE7 is Release Candidate (RC) 1 , which was announced last week by Microsoft. The final version of IE7 will be released by Microsoft later this year.
