Nintendo sold 600,000 Wii sets after more than a week

After 8 days of launching, there were 600,000 Wii game consoles sold to gamers.

Wii was launched in North America on November 19 to satisfy gamers' long-awaited wish. Unlike the Sony PlayStation 3, the amount of Wii products sold on the opening day is plentiful, so most gamers can get it right away.

The Wii sold for $ 250, and appeared only after PSP3 for two days in North America. Along with the number of software and devices sold with the Wii console game, Nintendo has earned about $ 190 million. Wii comes with many popular games, most notably " The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess ".

According to Nintendo's announcement, the demand for Wii is still high, making supply sources at risk of exhaustion. Previously, Nintendo said it would only sell about 4 million Wii units until the end of this year.

North America is the first market to use the Nintendo Wii, followed by Japan (December 2), Australia (December 7), and Europe (December 8).

Sony has not yet released similar statistics for the PlayStation 3.
