Although it is not the heaviest crocodile in the world but with a weight of 328kg and 3m length, the new alligator caught in Madison, Wisconsin, USA is enough to make the old crocodile hunters must panic.

On a hunt on Sunday morning, September 1, a group of 6-person hunters from Madison and Yazoo cities had to work hard to keep this formidable crocodile.

Beth Trammell, one of the members, said that when she saw the crocodile emerge from the water, she even thought of the Loch Ness monster that everyone used to talk about.

After an hour and a half of exhaustion using the rope to tie the crocodile, the hunters continued to take 2 hours of wrestling to bring the "river monster" to the boat.

With a weight of 328kg, this alligator has usurped the heaviest crocodile of Wisconsin state previously known.

It is known that the title "The world's largest crocodile" belongs to a male named Lolong in Bunawan town, Agusan del Sur province, Philippines. In 2012, Lolong was recognized by the Guinness Book of Records for weighing 1,075kg and 6.4m long.
