3d printed airplane parts are used
The A350 XWB has more than 1,000 3D printed parts , more than any other vehicle ever. This is considered a big step forward because of this, lightweight materials can be used and manufactured in accordance with aviation safety standards.

In a speech, the airline said 1,000 of the units were made using Stratasys FDM 3D production system. Parts of the A350 XWB were delivered in December last year. According to the BBC, Airbus will monitor the production process to ensure timely delivery to airlines.
3D Printing Specialist James Woodcock said it was certainly an unprecedented scale. Previously, the use of 3D printing was applied to military aircraft.
