The body is just ... mind disorder

Existence is only a phenomenon of mental disorder, whereas many people believe that there is a virtual person.

Existence is only a phenomenon of mental disorder, whereas many people believe that there is a virtual person. This conclusion was announced by Dr. Olaf Blanke (Gevena University Hospital, Switzerland) and colleagues at the Conference of the Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) in Washington.

In the history of research, scientists say, there are two cases that are easy to fall into this state: near death, or when operating on the operating table. At that time, they will fall into a state similar to escaping, they find themselves as if flying up and hovering but looking back still see their bodies lying on the bed. That has led many to believe that there exists an existence between the soul and heaven.

From these studies have led scientists to believe that escaping is not something mysterious, but just a form of some brain reaction when stimulated.

Professor Olaf Blanke and his team at the University of Geneva have tried an experiment, bringing volunteers into a virtual computer-generated room using 3D technology. Volunteers will wear goggles and stand in front of the camera. There, there is an exact model of repeating all their actions and moves, called avatars.

When scientists stroked the volunteer with a stick, the computer repeated the same action on the avatar. Volunteers were really confused, because they believed that virtual bodies were their bodies. Similar to the following two experiments, scientists also obtained such results. Although each time only lasts a few seconds, but this feeling repeated up to 3 times in the experiment.

Volunteers did not realize the difference, they said, their bodies were in front even though the virtual body was 2 meters away from the real body.

From these experiments, scientists have assumed that the state of ejection will occur when the brain is disturbed and confused by memory. The technique they use to create a state of escapism can be used to produce toys, or to treat diseases that result from distorted physical sensations like anorexia.
