Favorite dishes can make a 9-year-old boy vomit, go out, and even be shocked. Even the smell of food can become 'killer' for Joshua, so his parents must cook in a private place so that he does not have to be exposed to the smell of food.

The only thing Joshua can eat every day is baby food, or the milk prescribed by a doctor is put through the tube into the stomach.
