On behalf of Vietnamese nuclear experts present at the ceremony, Dr. Ngo Dang Nhan stated that Russia and Vietnam have long-term relationships in the field of nuclear technology development. The two sides have jointly built a research reactor in Da Lat and have just celebrated the 30th anniversary in 2014 at the Nuclear Research Institute in Da Lat city.
