The home of this strange turtle is usually located in the southern part of the US , nearly 10 thousand kilometers from the Siberian coast . Therefore, their appearance made the local residents not be surprised. Shaggy, clawed, apricot skin, this strange turtle doesn't look like any other creature in Russia.

According to experts, this turtle often lives in warm areas like the states of Florida, Texas and Missouri of the United States.

How it can go to another continent with a different climate and how to cross the Pacific is still a mystery.

The unusual appearance of this turtle also made the netizens boil.

According to The Siberian Times, the turtle was discovered by a fisherman a few days earlier at the Amur River, near the town of Leninskoye in the Russian Far East. When its first photo appeared, many people thought it was a joke until a video was posted online that showed that local residents were trying to move the turtle.

Anastasia Steshina, who took pictures and filmed the mysterious turtle, said that everyone at the scene said: ' We are dropping monsters on the wild life'.

There is a theory that turtles are abandoned by their owners when they are too big. Another theory is that the Chinese border with Russia secretly raised turtles to get meat and eggs across the Amur river. And this turtle got lost.

According to Steshina, when she saw the animal, she didn't realize it was a turtle.'I think it's a dinosaur. My friends and I have never seen such a creature before. Local fishermen and they also claim to see only one fish although this animal often does not live alone ' - Steshina said.
