Accordingly, Vista Service Pack 1 will allow OEM original users and device manufacturers to change the default search engine in the operating system.
By default in Vista SP1 Windows Desktop Search will continue to be used, but users can completely replace it with the tool of another 3rd party such as Google Desktop Search.
So far Microsoft has not disclosed much information about the plan to release Service Pack 1 that the company just said the official version will be released around the middle of next year.
