Use 'Seach folders' in Microsoft Outlook 2003

Microsoft Outlook 2003 version of the program has a very useful feature (not in previous versions), that is " Seach folders " - search directory. It can be seen as a virtual directory that gathers directories according to a given criteria or conditions.

To create " Seach folders ", select " Seach folders " from the File> New menu in the Mail main screen of Outlook 2003. Using the same key combination Ctrl + Shift + P has the same results.

A dialog box appears (Figure 1) for you to define search criteria and conditions.

You can also create a " Seach folders " from the " Find Bar " search toolbar. Select " Save Search as Search Folder " at the search results screen, from the " Options " menu.

The " Seach folders " created will be listed in the left pane (Figure 2) under " Seach folders ". By default this folder contains 3 " Seach folders " by default: For Follow Up , Large Mail , and Unread Mail (unread messages). All e-mails will automatically display in " Seach folders " if the conditions you specified are met and Outlook 2003 will keep this folder updated every time you access it.

At " Seach folders " you can do all kinds of e-mail tasks like sending, replying, or copying to another folder. To modify options for " Seach folders ", select the folder and right-click and select Customize this Search Folder .

When we delete a " Seach folders " e-mails will not go away, but if it deletes the e-mail itself, it will be lost.

Note, you cannot drag an e-mail into " Seach folders ", it is displayed there when you meet the conditions set by you.

If you've ever used Outlook 2003 rules (rules) to manage e-mail, you'll find "Seach folders" simpler but no less effective, which helps you control e-mail but not images. enjoy. For example, if you want to see messages from a sender that doesn't want to move them, then "search directory" is an appropriate choice.

QUICK DELETE IN THE MUSIC INFORMATION

Firefox 1.5 and Opera 8.51 both allow users to use menu commands and settings to automatically delete stored personal information; version 7 of Internet Explorer will be equipped with the same feature when officially released later this year.

Firefox: To quickly clean up your browser memory data, select Clear Private Data Now . By default, Firefox will delete the list of visited websites, browser memory, forms and information entered, session identifiers and cookies. To install Firefox to automatically delete personal information, select Tools> Options> Privacy> Settings , check the option Clear private data when closing Firefox , and click OK twice to finish.

Opera: To clear all your browsing traces (except the password), select Tools> Delete private data , and press Delete . If you want to specifically select which object to delete (password, cookie, browser memory .), click Advanced and tick or uncheck the corresponding options and then press Delete .
