Investigate the 'conspiracy theory' about the 340-year-old ghost ship that buried the crown prince of England

After 15 years of painstaking research, the truth about a ghost ship half-buried on the seabed is gradually revealed.

According to Science Daily, the Gloucester, a royal warship, went missing on May 6, 1682. It wasn't until 2007 that three divers - brothers Julian and Lincoln Barnwell and their friend James Little - found it after four years of searching.

Archaeologists and marine scientists led by Professor Claire Jowitt from the University of East Anglia (UEA) studied the wreck.

"When we decided to look for Gloucester, we didn't know how important it was historically. We read that the Duke of York was up there but that's it," Professor Jowitt said. .

There are many other cannon-carrying wrecks surrounding the area, so it took researchers a long time to identify if it was really Gloucester, and at the same time protect the ghost ship. This discovery has not been made public for the past 15 years.

The artifacts in the ghost ship are highly preserved, including professional naval and clothing, footwear, navigation and navigation equipment, various personal possessions and bottles of wine.
