This material made from potato resin decomposes within 2 months.

Trenquist introduced at The James Dyson contest a knife and fork made of potato plastic (Potato plastic) . These materials decompose within 2 months because nothing but water and starch are used to make potato resins. Swedish students claim to be able to make dishes and kitchenware from such materials.

Students from all over the world participated in the competition. They provide a range of solutions to solve problems that exist globally. In addition to potato plastic, a robot was also introduced at the competition, capable of cleaning lake water 7 times faster than humans. The winner will be announced in November.
