Memory Nor Flash of Intel switched to 65nm technology

Intel said the move to 65nm processing technology will bring a balance of price / performance ratios and ensure support for the product lifecycle as they expand.

Both are important factors for the design capabilities of original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) for the embedded product market segment. Intel NOR products for embedded market segments include serial and parallel solutions.

Intel's 65nm products, which are primarily used in consumer electronics, wired communication devices and industrial applications, are expected to begin shipping testing to customers. first half of 2008.
