Microsoft revealed about Live Drive online drive

Microsoft has just released some more information about the upcoming Live Drive online storage service. It is expected that Microsoft will provide this service absolutely free.

Speaking before the opening session of Microsoft TechEd conference in Sydney on Tuesday, technology expert John Hodgson of Microsoft Australia said that basically customers using Live Drive will get 2GB free of charge. If you want a larger capacity, users have to pay more.

However, Microsoft does not yet have a specific release plan and service price.

Previously, information about Microsoft Live Drive service has appeared a lot in the Blog world but it was not until yesterday that Microsoft officially confirmed information about the plan to develop this service.

Live Drive service is also part of a strategy to promote the development of Microsoft Live services. This is a strategy to provide online software tools on the Internet and to compete with rivals Google. Google also plans to launch an online storage service, but has not yet announced or revealed anything about the service.
