Daniel Geduld left Indiana for Los Angeles (USA) with great ambitions. And he failed. He spent all his "eating and drinking" time editing the film He - Man and the Masters of the Universe from the 1980s of the last century into the comedy The Skeletor Show and posting on YouTube. Geduld left his e-mail address and the message: " Please introduce me to a job. I am talented ."

Actually, Geduld was just joking and didn't think seriously about this. But Geduld was wrong. His video is reposted on some famous blogs. Entertainment websites suggest that he create similar comedy videos for them. Heavy.com portal also invited Geduld to voice a new horror channel.

The web is considered a launch pad for new faces. More and more "thirsty" websites are people who have the ability to create entertaining content "sensational or absurd" to attract visitors. Entertainment companies also routinely hunt for autobiographical videos on MySpace, YouTube, Revver and personal blogs.

However, with the amount of self-created videos appearing on YouTube, not every lip singer or amateur actor has the opportunity to earn a real job in real life. The competition to attract the attention of companies seeking talent has become more intense than ever.
