Mr. Toan also said that if potato varieties are produced in the winter season, the cold storage period will be up to 8-10 months. This makes the old potato physiological, cultivated in the field to produce poorly grown plants with very low productivity and very large storage costs. If stored in normal conditions, it can only be stored for 4-5 months, very high damage rate accounts for 50-70%.
