The molecule called resveratrol, found in red grapes and with previous studies has shown to extend the life of some species from 30% -60%. In this study, it was shown that despite eating the same diet as the same type, mice with resveratrol supplementation did not gain weight, decreased blood sugar, healthy liver and heart tissue, and transportation function. better than no additional mouse.
However, according to scientists, this is only a study in mice, more research is needed to confirm this benefit.
