Green tea contains substances that kill the bacteria in the teeth that cause tooth decay or bad breath. Tea is also an effective detox. Drinking solid tea reduces CO2 poisoning of coal oven workers or alcohol poisoning. Tea water especially washes wounds, burns or sores very effectively, helping to quickly stimulate young skin .

Many people, though drinking perennial tea, still use water that is too boiling to make tea. This is a mistake because the water is too boiling and it makes the tea cloudy and the tea turns yellow . Should drink tea in the morning or 2 hours after a meal, drinking in the evening will cause insomnia. Note not to use tea for people who are treating iron deficiency anemia. Avoid using for pregnant women, using analgesics, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, enzyme drugs, anti-tuberculosis drugs .
