According to Rocketnews24, yuzu berries are bigger than a lemon, with the taste of grapefruit and tangerine combined. This fruit is preferred by the Japanese and widely used in food processing.
A special type of egg, called "yuzu tama" , does not contain any chemical additives or flavoring. They are made by humans when they feed a large amount of yuzu pods to chickens and kale vegetables, genetically modified corn and sesame seeds.
On the outside, this type of egg is like any other. However, it is not necessary to smash eggs yet, one can smell a faint tangerine smell. When eating, the fresh aroma of yuma spreads in the mouth, giving a refreshing feeling.
A box of 6 "yuzu tama" boxes costs about 3 - 4 USD. This type of eggs is widely sold in Kochi, and a few shops in Tokyo.
