Memorize your friends, work and entertain with Notables

The most memorable things like contacts, to-do or favorite songs . now have Notables management software. It is a program with a friendly interface that is very similar to the "chat chit" and easy to use applications.

First of all, here to download Notables with 5.58 MB capacity. After installing and starting, you will see an interface like Windows Live Messenger program with two windows above and below. The upper window manages the groups and you can optionally create or rename them to suit the purpose of use.

In the upper window, click the plus button or right-click My Notes > New Group to create a new group. If you want to edit the group name, right-click and choose Rename .

Left-click on any group and scroll down to the window below, click the plus sign and then start creating the memo list. There are 8 areas, including Contacts (friends), Desktop (replacing background images on your computer), Memo Pad (work notes), Music Player (playing favorite music), News Reader (utility RSS reader), Reminder (for alarm clock), Shortcut (create shortcuts at the program to access software, websites or e-mail accounts .), Slideshow (create moving photo album) .

Contacts : you can enter names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail, photos . of many people to keep.

Desktop : select the Desktop item from the Create a New Note > OK window> enter a name for the wallpaper (optionally) in a small window that appears> OK . In the big window like in Control Pannel > Display , select the image source as a wallpaper and click Apply this Desktop .

Memo Pad : is a simple editor like Notepad.

Music Player : will allow users to quickly create music albums and play right in the program. Although Windows Media Player also has the function of creating Playlist, creating groups of songs in Notables is easier and more friendly.

The Shortcut section is quite interesting because you can pre-set your favorite sites by topic right in the program. Just double click on the name of the shortcut that the default browser will open. Moreover, if you use Outlook, you can set up your friends' e-mail addresses on the shortcut and simply double-click on them as Microsoft mailing program will automatically appear.

Slideshow is a utility that helps users to view photos in slow slideshow format. You just need to select the photo to include in the album and the slideshow effect to enjoy.

In the lower window, there are two buttons: Show and Arrange . If you want to see all details in the group, select Show all notes type . If you want to see the contents of each item, select the corresponding item in this window. Arrange section will help you arrange the headings alphabetically or each type .
