Architecture and construction industry is growing and we are constantly admiring the creative houses from architects. This time we would like to introduce you to the new 'rattan house' that architects completed earlier this year on the outskirts of Melbourne Australia.
McBridge architect Charles Ryan of the project created an Edwardian-style cloud-shaped home. This house was in fact not built completely but was renovated from a house built more than 100 years ago.
The cloud house's kitchen is designed as a red cube. This cube is an aesthetic creation, allowing visitors to have a separate space in the cloud, without being mixed into the living room and creating a cozy feeling. The extension in the cloud is the dining room and entertainment area, with the main silver tones. The ceilings and floors of the house are all paved with wood and the ceiling is neatly curved.
The rattan house also has an outside space with green grass and an outdoor swimming pool, suitable for weekend entertainment activities. The house is a creative, harmonious combination between old and new, technology and nature. Let's admire some beautiful images of cloud houses:
