Research shows that people tend to reduce the blinking intensity when using a computer. Because when the brain is highly concentrated, their eyes lose their blinking reflexes and this makes the eyes become drier.

To avoid eye dryness and headaches when using a computer, users are advised to take a break after 20 minutes using the device and zoom out at least 6m within 20 seconds to let their eyes rest. In the same way, medical experts believe that computer users will recover most of their ability to concentrate.

When using mobile devices, users should keep them at a safe distance from their eyes, at least between their wrists and elbows. Also, if possible, increase the font and adjust the lighting settings and screen contrast to match your eyes.
