Yahoo has just completed a contract to buy Germany's mobile advertising technology company Actionality. The value of the contract is still kept confidential.

This has been Yahoo's 4th purchase and sale contract in the last 8 months. Earlier this year, Yahoo continuously acquired MyBlogLog, Right Media, and Rivals.com.

Actionality's main business is software technology that allows advertising content to be inserted on mobile devices, for example, advertising on mobile games. The company claims to have maximized the advertising method on the game to the maximum. The whole process of inserting ads is only done with a single click.

Answering TechWeb's interview via email, Yahoo spokesman confirmed the contract but declined to give further details. 'The contract is part of an effort to reach the No. 1 mobile advertising industry.'

In January, Yahoo officially launched a search service for mobile devices oneSearch and Yahoo Mobile for Mobile 2.0 Yahoo mobile content access software exclusively for devices running Windows Mobile.

In February Yahoo officially launched a mobile advertising system. Currently this service has been deployed in the market of 19 different countries.

March Yahoo continues to launch Yahoo Mobile Publisher Services, which helps advertisers, publish content and provide mobile networks in search of revenue from mobile content and advertising.
